Procedures

Email Confirmation

Once the ordering has been completed, an automated email will be sent to your registered email address.
Another email will be sent again to your registered email address within 24 hours to confirm the order and delivery details.

Pickup will be arranged after 24-48 hours of order has been placed and full payment has been made.

Payment

All transactions are in Ringgit Malaysia. We accept MasterCard and Visa through a secure electronic banking service. If for any reason you do not wish to use one of these options, please contact us and we will make alternative arrangements for internet banking. Payment must be received in full before any order can be dispatched to you.

Changes and Cancellation

While we cannot refund orders made in error, we understand that unforeseen events and circumstances will arise, and taking this into consideration we will happily provide credit for orders where delivery has not yet occurred 48 hours before actual delivery time.
We cannot offer credit if you cancel after the order has been shipped.
